How to submit a sample

After a testing order, send the physical sample matching it to PurePepStore. We analyse it and issue a PDF report. This is research characterisation only, not clinical grade, approval, sterility, or human/veterinary use.

Before shipping

Checkout signed in, keep your order number, and choose HPLC purity or HPLC + LC-MS. Do not ship without the order number and a labelled vial. We run compounds in our current method library; contact us before shipping if yours is not listed.

Pack and label

Send at least 5 mg for HPLC purity or 8–10 mg for HPLC + LC-MS, sealed. Label company, order number, sample/lot ID, product and packing date; include tests and contact details. Use a secondary bag, rigid box and tracked shipping. Do not send sharps or clinical specimens.

HPLC purity and MS identity support describe research material under stated methods. PurePepStore does not claim UKAS or ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for these services. Reports describe the methods used for research characterisation of the submitted sample.
