For the fastest fulfilment of ready items, place separate orders.Delivery estimates at checkout run from the dispatch date, not the order date.UK deliveryWe offer tracked UK postal and/or courier options at checkout. Carrier volume, weather, redirects and local disruptions can add delay. Track your parcel using the details in your dispatch email.Bank HolidaysOur office is closed on UK Bank Holidays. Couriers generally do not collect or deliver on Bank Holidays. Local holidays (for example in Scotland) may also affect delivery even if England is open.International deliveryInternational shipping may be available at checkout depending on destination and product.Customs, import VAT and duties are the customer’s responsibility.If a parcel is refused, held, or returned because of unpaid charges, an incorrect address, or customs refusal, we may deduct reasonable outbound and recovery costs from any refund we agree.Delivery times are estimates. Delays at borders are outside our control.Choose a tracked option if you need visibility in transit.You are responsible for checking that import of research materials is lawful in your country and that you can receive them at the stated address.Packaging & temperatureProducts are typically supplied as lyophilised material in Type I glass vials, packed for transit under normal UK shipping conditions. We take practical care with packing; we do not claim a validated cold-chain courier service unless a specific option is stated at checkout.On receipt, store and handle materials according to your laboratory procedures and any batch documentation. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless required by law or we agree otherwise.Opened, unsealed, or compromised goodsWe cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, reconstituted, partially used, stored incorrectly, or otherwise compromised. This is for product integrity and hygiene reasons appropriate to sealed laboratory reagents.Faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transitIf something arrives damaged, incorrect, or short:Email us promptly (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the outer packaging, vial(s), and labels.Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.Where the fault or damage is our responsibility or the carrier’s before safe receipt, we will offer a replacement of the same item or a refund, at our discretion and as appropriate.We may request the damaged goods back (we will explain how). If you buy as a consumer under UK consumer law, additional cancellation rights may apply in limited circumstances; for sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may be lost once the seal is broken. Business / institutional purchasers should treat this page together with our Terms of Sale.Failed delivery & incorrect addressesPlease check your shipping address carefully at checkout.
