What to include
To help us help you quickly, please include:
- Your order number (if relevant)
- Your name and delivery postcode
- A short description of the question
- Your institution or research context where relevant
For batch documentation, tell us the product name and batch / order reference if you have it. A Certificate of Analysis and HPLC purity data can be requested by email where available for the relevant batch.
